So happy with my purchase. Swing Design kept me in the know with my order of the cameo pro. I have bought 2 machines from you and look forward to continuing to purchase from you.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of my silhouette software upgrade, but upset I have yet to hear back from Swing Design in regards to receiving vinyl that was not up to par as it looks like it had been incorrectly cut. I don't believe I will reorder.

I ordered 1 day and I received my machine the next. A blade was missing and they shipped it quickly and included some great goodies. They also had the best price that I could find. I have shopped with them before and will do so again.

I love this heat press. The only reason I only gave 3 stars is because the timer does not work. I am trying to get it fixed but it is taking forever.
