Unfortunately my package was missing a couple of heat transfer sheets. I reached out to customer to no avail which I deemed unsatisfactory. I'm very disappointed and I will not be using this coming again for any of my future design purchases.

Hi Shakarna, sorry about the missing sheets. I just checked with the team and they sent out the sheets and also sent over an egift card for the inconvenience. Best, Will - owner

Shopping was easy and I got all my orders. Only thing is it took awhile to get here but that probably because of Covid and Swing Design is in California.

Pieces missing from there Bundle! I was supposed to get a 24 pack of sketch pins. I was giving a basic set , 2 glitter and 2 metallic set! I know that equals 24 pins but where are the neon pins and the natural pins??? This is not acceptable???? No coupon for 40% off blades!! How was supposed to get free gifts! The three things of vinyl where were they!
