Updating my review to a much better rating. I once had Swing Design rated at a 1 due to some miscommunication on specific items on my order. I have to say that Swing Design was very quick with answering my concerns and they continue to update me almost daily regarding my missing items which with most companies you hardly ever get any response back. I truly respect that and I appreciate the quickness in their responses and communication. Great customer service in my book. I still don't have all my items but thats okay as long as its communicated to me. If I could recommend anything to Swing Design is to let the customer know about delays at time of purchase so there is no confusion.

Hi Daniel, I apologize for the delays. The Cameo Pros are offered as pre orders as there is a large demand for the machines creating a constant backlog. Silhouette experienced some quality/production delays so only a very small amount have been released so far. We are on track to receive several large shipments in January. Best, Will - owner
