Did not receive any notification when items were shipped, I had to call and track my package. I never received my free items if you make a large order. Won’t make any more purchases!

Hi Leslie, sorry about this. We have several notifications that go out with every order from order placement to delivery notifications. If you are not receiving those, the submitted email might have a typo. If you can message us at support@swingdesign.com we can update your account. Other thing to check is to just make sure they are not going into your spam folder. Best, Will

Hi Quillan, due to the motor used in the Cameo the grinding noise is normal. If your machine is not cutting, you might need to calibrate the blade. Customer support is reaching out to help you get this issue resolved. We conduct several test cuts to ensure the referb machine is working as new before we send it out.

I was really excited to receive my box of scrap HT . However I got a decent amount of permanent vinyl mixed in and a lot of the same scraps of color. A bit disappointed

So easy to order from Swing! I've purchased a few Silhouette Studio upgrades from them. I'm up and running in no time, each time!
