Swing Design shopping was excellent, but the stand for my Roland cutter that I ordered had a defective wheel.

The website is easy to navigate and eye-catching. I only wish bundle items were restocked faster. I had put the Cameo 4, in black with 4 blades bundle in my cart and by the time I ran to the bank to add cash to my account the item was sold out :(. I chose a lesser bundle but I couldn't even purchase the additional Cameo 4 blades that would have come with the first bundle. If your able to email us when items are restocked that would be a huge help! Love my Cameo 4 and the free sheets of Oracal 651 I got since ordering it from your store has alleviated the stress of learning the correct settings for the machine. Thank you

Ordered some sublimation paper over week and half ago and still hasn’t shipped. Took a month for the sublimation printer to get here wouldn’t think it would take that long for paper to get here. This place is very slow at shipping orders out to customers

Great customer service and my product came quicker than promised. I also like that they use Affirm so that I can buy and get my purchase and pay over time with no interest. I will be purchasing from them again.
