This is a knock off charger. Not an authentic Silhouette brand charger.

Silhouette America uses 2 different factories to supply their machines. We have written confirmation from Silhouette America that this power cord is an authentic cord.

I've always been pleased with my purchases and love the low price. Just wish I'd had the coupon now offered to save a bit more.

I was so happy to receive this print, it's even prettier in person! I didn't realize it didn't come with a cover sheet. It may have said it in the listing and I missed it, so I will need to order that separately.

I received my order in an expected time frame and the only problem was an over look at the number of sheets in my order sent. In other words i was missing 1 sheet of HTV vinyl witch was an honest mistake and after contacting the owner it was taken care of quickly. I will order again!
