Hi Barb, make sure you have updated the firmware and the software. Also checkout Silhouette School, they have lots of guides for helping troubleshoot.

Overall I am very happy. I was just able to open my boxes. My curios power cord and usb cord were missing. The cords for the black curio were white, I wasn't sure if they should match the machine or not. The order was shipped (packaged) perfectly and quickly.

I ordered a Cameo bundle as a gift for my best friend. She is a stay at home mom and money is always a little tight for her happy family. I have ordered twice now and had a great experience both times. I would like to see more coupons available especially for the higher priced items. One thing that I was unhappy with was after placing my order I called customer service to add another item and they said they were unable to do so. They said they could cancel my current order and then I would have to reorder but I was expecting etiher 1. add the item to the current order or 2. Customer Service actually cancelling the order and replacing it while I was on the phone.

Hi Karen, we do plan to do weekly sales and actually just started the program last week so stay tuned. For adding to the order, I apologize. The reason is that we follow strict credit card processing guidelines to protect our customers. All payment information is encrypted so we never see it. The good side is your information is protected the bad side is we can not add to an order because we do not have a way to process an additional charge to your card.
