Apart from the shipping error, which of course was on UPS part, this Mini Screen printing Frame was perfect for the area I have to work with. It's easy to setup, and also sturdy enough to do the job it was intended for. I think the price was reasonable too.

I ordered a Silhouette Designer Edition card that I thought was a code but was a physical card. I did not want a physical card and with this being on a Saturday I wasn't able to contact anyone. I wrote an email and on Monday they had canceled my order. I was worried the card would be sent out before they received my email and could do anything about it. I am very impressed and this company.

Love my new cameo and everything that came with it! The HTV sheets are a lot smaller than i expected but I just didn't read closely. Other than that, no complaints! I love it!

Great service and price. The delivery was right on time and they kept me updated on the delivery too. Will definitely order from them again. I haven't started in my cameo yet deciding on buying a new laptop before I download. Can't wait to get started.

Thanks for the great review Patsy! Silhouette Studio runs great on both a PC and Mac. Make sure to avoid a chomebook as those will not work.
