Love the colorls! Fast shipping and great customer service with Order Status Updates. I have purchased from Swing Design Software Update for my SC and products pleased with all transactions so far.

Excellent

Great machine but not intuitive and I found it difficult to find instructions without looking through numerous YouTube videos that I found on my own. Once you understand the machine, it's great.

Great buy, the gift card code came instantly, worked perfectly.
Thank You!

This product works great and can be used sparingly. So far it doesn't leave any residue behind.

Love the machine have been learning how to use it everyday have been getting better thanks

It was extremely helpful. I would love to get another video to teach me to do more than just print vinyl. I would recommend the class to everyone who is a beginner, it saved me!

Hello, everything I ordered came in correctly, however I entered the wrong address (my fault) and immediately emailed to let you know and was told it was changed before it shipped.. well I got the email to track it and emailed back and asked if it for sure got changed bc my new email was showing the wrong address, and if it didn't get changed I needed to know so I could go to that address and let them know of my mistake, but got a reply and said no they changed it to my real address, that's where the package was being shipped.. we live on a military base so I could of found the address and probably wouldn't of had a problem with getting my package but didn't worry about it.. Well she didn't change the address after telling me she did and the package got passed around post till someone finally brought it to us... A simple no sorry it already shipped would of been great so I could of let know. :unamused: The shipping was kind of slow but I'm ignore that bc I know Cali has the mid slide and a lot of places had tons of snow. Plus a holiday in there too.. also was referred by a friend, so it would be cool if you had a referral program or something.

Excellent product, was bought as a gift for my wife. I'm amazed at what all this machine can do. We received the order quick n complete, 5 stars
