Your shipping speed is horrible!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! I will no longer be purchasing my materials from you as this is my 3rd time purchasing and every time my order showed up late. I even paid expedited shipping!! This isn't the first time I have submitted a review either and I have not been given the courtesy of a reply. My rating = 0 stars. Good luck with business.

Being new to the Silhouette community I really appreciate SwingDesign. They offer great values. I like how they will offer bundles also, very helpful for a beginner. I have ordered additional supplies twice since I purchased my machine and the transactions have been perfect. Also, I have been helped with the links they offer for instruction. Order with confidence from SwingDesign

The Silhouette Cameo 3 Online Beginners Guide was incredibly helpful. It took some time to watch and do as we watched but I can't even imagine how long it would have taken without it. Plus, I don't think I would have been able to figure out all it can do without the video.

I have a subscription to Silhouette designs, but this is a great way to get more designs when I actually need them. Once I downloaded the codes, the credits showed in my account at Silhouette. They never expire, so great to have on hand!

My daughter has been wanting the silhouette cameo for awhile. We got this for her for Christmas. She is very pleased with all she can do on the cameo. She experiments daily and comes up with new ideas.

Hello swing design! I did receive my order and I am very happy with the products I ordered. I received the digital downloads very quickly and was able to use them without any problems. However, the vinyl took a while to get here. I ordered vinyl from another place that same day and received my order in 2 days. Although I love the deal and vinyl I ordered, I was very surprised that there was such a big difference in shipping time to receive my order. That is my only complaint. I hope this review was helpful in some way. Thank you for offering such awesome deals!

Hi Melinda, thank you for the feedback. Looks like it shipped on the 29th of Dec and arrived Jan 5th. There was the NY in there and the carriers have been seeing delays. I apologize for the delay. If you order more vinyl from us please email retailorders@swingdesign.com and we will give you a coupon.
