I purchased a cameo 3 bundle with accessories 12/23/17. There wasn't an issue charging my card. I realized there would be a delay with the holidays. However, when yhe package didn't arrive by the expected date, I couldn't reach a real person. My package disappeared off the tracking site. I reached out through email requesting a refund if I din't teceive in another day. Allyson sent a 1 sentence response “being delivered today. Best, Allyson”
So today, I receive an email that my package was just delivered. Unfortunately, not to my home. Swing design does not answer again! I sent an email and wait while the carrier tries to make heads or tails of this debacle.

I wanted to upgrade my Silhouette Studio to the Designer version. I was looking at an email I received from Swingdesign.com and saw that they carried this software and the price was lower than any other place I had looked! Thanks!

I just placed my very first order with Swing Design and couldn't be happier with their service. I have tried the HTV and was very happy with it and expect to be the same with all of the other items that I ordered. Fast shipping and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back for more items in the future. Thanks so much. Patti

I absolutely love my Cameo bundle.

The only thing I didn't like was that the white and the clear look essentially the same and there was no indication that they were different before cutting. I wasted nearly an entire sheet of the clear thinking it was white. Other than that, my feedback is great! I have recommended you to friends and the rose gold set is beautiful!

While this didn't turn out to be quite the color ibwqs looking for, it was so easy to work with. This was my 3rd heat transfer vinyl project and it went so much better than the other two.
