I love my machines, easy to set up the mint, took a lot longer to set up the curio. Wish there was more beginner tutorials on the curio.

Products from you all are great!! However, from the two times I’ve ordered i have had an issue. First order i was promised to get it a certain time and didn’t! And the last order i was missing some vinyl. Which was very important for my orders. I was promised to receive the vinyl by 1/2/18 but it’s now 1/3/18 and i still have no product nor do i have any shipping info. I would recommend for product but i would definitely include my experience.

Hi Dandranee, we want to get this corrected for you. The carriers continue to have issues with delivery times. Can you please email retailorders@swingdesign.com so we can get this resolved and also let them know Will said to give you a coupon on your next order. Best, Will (owner)

I placed an order for restocking supplies that I am pretty sure the shipper used as a traffic cone to teach blind truck drivers how to navigate land mines. The box was destroyed and torn open. There was mud inside of it and all my new rolls of vinyl had been flattened so badly, the only thing I could imagine could cause that kind of damage was a two ton truck running them over. Swing Design asked me for photo's of the damage and told me not to worry, they would replace the vinyl asap. I was pretty impressed by the quick response I would definitely use Swing Design again.

This is not my first purchase from Swing Design. I have bought items from them 3 times and will be back when I need more vinyl. The prices are the best I have seen (and I do a lot of comparing) and the shipping is fast. Thanks!!

This stuff is exactly what I needed and the perfect color too. Now, if only I knew how to cover a whole ornament ^^;;

So excited to have received my machine. You all did a fantastic job getting my order processed and shipped. I was extremely happy with that. I also LOVE my machine. I’ve only scratched the surface of what it can do the past week, but can’t wait to discover all of the amazing things it can do. Thank you!
