I have used a cricut but was dissatisfied with being tied to only designs purchased from the company. I love the versatility this machine offers. Still in the learning phase but excited about all the possibilities.

I have ordered 2 or 3 times from Swing designs and every order has been shipped in a timely manner. They have kept me aware of where my package was in the process. I’ve been very happy with their service.

I wish it came with more instructions! It doesn’t tell you a lot! And the silhouette class is confusing because she’s not actually setting up a new one so it doesn’t really help on that part. But once I got it figured out I absolutely love it and love all that it comes with all the extra stuff!

This was bought as a gift and so far the person who received it, loves it. She’s still trying to get to know it better for great designs later.

It was awesome and extremely helpful. I referenced back while I was doing my first cut. The vinyl wasn’t cutting all the way so I watched the video again and realized that I didn’t lock in the blade. Saved me a lot of vinyl and frustration!

The product was received in timely manner. We have not had opportunity to fully utilize the product but it was downloaded without any trouble and seems to be installed as advertised.

Swing design did a great job and their customer service has been awesome. My only complaint is that the sketch pens aren’t working well. The bronze pen is acting as if it’s already out of ink.
