I was not happy with this vinyl at all! It bubbled up on me when I unrolled it and would not flatten out. It did not cut well at all because of all the bubbles. I would not recommend this product at all! I feel like I waisted my money.

At this point I have very satisfied as to what the Cameo 3 is capable of doing. I am only getting started. I can see many possibilities for it.

Vinyl is very good but I am still having a problem updating my Silhouette. I purchased the update the same time that I purchased the vinyl.

Most would agree that the most important tools for the Silhouette are blades and mats. I recently purchased mats from a different on-line retailer at a "great" price. However, the mats were counterfeit and virtually worthless. I can count on Swing Design to provide authentic Silhouette products.

I feel like you can give a better service to your customers by staying on top of ups. They gave excuse after excuse on why my shipment too so long. I ordered 8 days out for a birthday present... it took 10 buisiness days to make it to my doorstep. No good. Product was availed closer to me for only $10 more.

My package came very quickly. I love that the 12x12 sheets came flat, it is nice not to have to un-roll them...much easier to work with!
