I was in serious need of an iron on product for my boyfriends bootcamp graduation (i ordered a different product from a different website that ended up not bein what i needed at all). As soon as customer service made sure they had it in stock the woman helping checked with the warehouse they could have it delivered on time i placed my order with her on the phone and she gave my order number directly to the warehouse so they could begin processing my order. Not only did i receive the product on time but it came a day early giving me more time to make my shirts. I will be ordering from them again as well as recommending them to friends!

I was disappointed in the item I received. The pictured and description said permanent indoor/outdoor vinyl and was priced higher then the regular vinyl. After receiving the vinyl which was regular vinyl. I looked again at what I ordered to verified I did not make a mistake, for which I did not. Because of time constraints and not wanting to deal with the hassles I will keep what I ordered even though I already have a roll (it is a basic color), but will probably not order again. I am giving it 2 stars because it was shipped in a timely manner.

My machine came right on time. It contained everything that the description said it would. I am now getting ready to read all of the info and can't wait to get started using it. I hope the instructions are easy to understand.

I love my pink Cameo 3, however the advertising of your Business Bundle is VERY misleading. Firstly you misslead the buyer into thinking that they are getting a software box for the Business Edition software (which normally comes with instruction manuals and CD). However what actually arrives is an upgrade card with a new serial number to upgrade from the free version. Secondly although you state that this bundle comes with 20 x 6ft rolls of vinyl - the rolls you actually receive do not look as plentiful as the image you portray in your mockup picture. The actual rolls were definitely not used in the photo.
Lastly I also emailed Swingdesign before my purchase to enquire as to why this bundle did not come with exclusive access to Art Files by Silhouette School like the Heat Press T-Shirt Business Bundle and was assured it does??

My husband ordered my cameo 3 bundle for a cgristmas present and it arrived on time- one thing I wanted to note was I thought he ordered the wrong one and when i went to cancel it already shipped but the customer service and speedy response was well appreciated. They told me what I had to do for full refund and it ended up being the right one after all. I love my bundle and they were great!!! Will order from them again!
