I am so excited you gave me the chance to get back into crafting with my Silhouette. I was able to get one of your Black Friday deals. It has already arrived. Now if I can just find time to play.....

I've ordered a few times now. The first time one of the items I ordered wasn't included. CS was very helpful and friendly and did ship it right out. The second time I ordered, something was on backorder and I ended up receiving that one item before the rest of the shipment. They never told me about the back order so I was puzzled as to why I had only received one item. Again CS kindly cleared up the mystery but the communication should have been much better. The third time I ordered, I don't believe I got exactly what I ordered. None of the pieces of vinyl is labeled so you have to guess what each might be based on what was in the kit. In this case, I seem to be missing a large piece of vinyl and received in it's place a much smaller piece. I'm not contacting CS this time. They're great but it's really too much work to try and puzzle out what you received, why you received it and when you might get the rest.

This upgrade was so easy to install .
A lot of people have upgraded from various places and list everything!
I had to double check if it had upgraded as I didn’t have one problem.
Would recommend to anyone.

Hi there, I do a lot of my own designs, I have bought very few, I think 2 to be exact and both were fonts. I took advantage of the great price that you were offering, but didn’t know anything about it
I have not yet seen any benefit to either the designer or business edition, I am planning to go for a lesson to see what the difference is though

UPS delivered a shipment on Monday, where it was signed by someone at the UPS Access Point. When I went to get the package today, it was not found. The employee said something about someone taking a package with them, but checking UPS tracking, it does not show any additional scan after delivery and acceptance signed by RPDRIGEZ

I will check back with the UPS Access Point and if they cannot find the package then I will request that the police investigate this incident as a robbery.
