I bought the business edition but it’s not working on my silhouette, it says I’m running an older version and need to update? Plus it’s stalling a lot and I’m having a hard time when I’m in the silhouette store now. Any ideas?
I can’t find the arching abilities to fonts either

Even with the huge amount of Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, Swing Design got me my order quickly. Will definitely order from SD again.

I did finally recieve my order. It was only because of the response from the last review on the order that never came. Someone Monday 2 day air, replaced the order that was missing. Thank you. The vinyl is very pretty. I lost the customer from the original order placing because it took too long. I hope to be able to use this soon, it was ordered for something specific but anyway, I thank whoever sent a replacement. I know it was really the mailing company that messed up, I was frustrated from loosing the customer. Thank you again for being diligent in replacing my order.

I have yet to receive my instant download. When I try to log in to the site to try and find it because it was never emailed to me, it says that my account doesn't exist but when I try to log in with Amazon it says I can't link my account because it already exists. Not impressed.

I finally upgraded my Cameo 1 to the Cameo 3. It’s faster, quieter and I’m very happy! The firmware update was a breeze and the auto blade is magic. The only thing I can’t hoo kedmup is the Bluetooth. My computer recognizes the machine but the software does not. I’m sure it will be addressed in a future update and I’ve lived without it for so many years that I don't feel like I’m missing out anything.

Received some adhesive and heat transfer vinyl recently. I have not used either one yet. It came rolled up, and I was a little skeptical about that. Vinyl seemed to be in good shape though. I do wish there had been some instructions on how to use the HTV. This is my first time working with the Siser brand HTV.
