My initial order was short a few items, but I sent an email on Sunday night and heard back from Customer Service early Monday morning with a great resolution. Appreciate the prompt reply without having to go through additional steps.
Great Service.

Just received my cameo 3 today and all that I was purchased. It took two weeks to arrived here in Malaysia. No problem to subscribed to all the freebies in the bundle except the 30 day to Club Silhouette, that's probably because I can't provide an US/Canada address. Lastly... TYVM, Swing Design!

I haven't had a chance yet to read the heat transfer mini but the Pixscan mini I've read and found it very informative. The Business Edition was easy to work with also.
Thank you, look forward to more purchases

I was merrily using the normal version of Silhouette software, thinking it's OK for free but secretly annoyed at its limitations, when I saw Swing were offering upgrades for what seemed like a very good price to take away some of my frustration! So I bought the first upgrade, liked the differences but then realised that actually the Business Ed is what I really need, so went back the next day and bought the next upgrade as well, plus a $20 SIL store card! Instant redemption by code sent by email and I was working away within minutes. Awesome stuff!
