This company is the best. I ordered the code for an upgrade from designer plus to business edition, the code was sent immediately in spite of the time difference. I am in the UK. Well done. I would order more from this company if I lived in the USA

Modelmaker was on my wishlist for a long time so I was very happy to see the blackfridaydeal at swingdesign. I can design my own 3D cuttingfiles now. It is very easy to use and with great results.

I purchased the software code to upgrade my Silhouette Designer Edition to Business Edition. Purchasing anything from Swing Design could not be easier, more straightforward and satisfying. I will definitely come to them for my future crafting purchases. I wish the same could be said for Silhouette products. The instructions accompanying any product are really the weakest point of their organization. In my case, it was not clear that one should submit the current code prior to submitting the upgrade code. It seemed reasonable that because I was in my account, the program would know what its current status was. Two days later, and after contacting CSR, I received instructions - but even those were missing a couple steps. I have been a committed Silhouette user for about 15 years and this instruction issue could become a real barrier for me.

I purchased the designer upgrade to silhouette studio. I haven't fully explored it as I'm still learning my way around it but so far, it was worth it. It has a few more tools than the basic with the biggest upgrade being the ability to import svg files. I'm still learning my way around the upgrade but I believe it was a smart purchase.
