In awe of all the deliciousness my Silhouette software upgrade has to offer!! Got the best price from Swing Design, and AFTER I figured out where that precious upgrade code was sent, it was easy-breezy to upgrade with the step-by-step instructions from Swing Design.
In Swing Design's defense...they were not at fault what-so-ever for my not being able to find the e-mail with the code. I used one of my e-mails (still not sure which one :: business or personal), and failed to create an account with them. And since I didn't have an account, and my PayPal account is linked to a TOTALLY different e-mail account, it was sent to the e-mail for my PayPal account. I figured it out right as I was about to start a chat with Swing Design.
^^Just wanted to add that, incase it happens to someone else. I'm a hot mess, I know.

Upgraded from Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to the Designer Edition Plus. Swing Design was very easy to use. Within 5 minutes of Pay Pal finishing my transaction the download link was in my e-mail. Later I logged in to Silhouette to add the access code and I saw the number was already there. All I had to do was click to install. It was so simple and easy to do. Highly recommend Swing Design. Will purchase through them again.

I’ve jumped headfirst into a side business blinging out apparel and accessories, one of the biggest challenges is just picking up larger flat backs. I know not everyone agrees with my opinion of this item but I use it for 10ss andvlarger stones. The first one I bought lasted about 5 months with daily use and I lost the cap pretty early on and it still worked great.
My second purchase I ordered 4 silhouette pick me up pens from “swing design “ on Walmart.com. They shipped super fast and the price was half what I paid at Michaels Stores.
