The product was processed and shipped out quickly. Shipping was an issue. It was sent UPS and then sent to the local post office for delivery that took over 6 days from the time is was delivered to the post office. Post office said it was at the sellers request that UPS deliver to them for them to deliver. Making the process take an extra 6 days for deliver. Product once received was amazing. Just had to RUSH to get my order completed in time.

I initially purchased the Designer Edition because i wasn't sure i wanted or needed the full Business Edition. Now that i know how to work the software i decided to upgrade which i thought is a nice option for a few extra bucks instead of paying the $60- $70 for the new software. I really like that we can upgrade as we progress.

This is the third time I have order from this company and each time something has been wrong. This time I was missing 4 white HTV sheets that I NEEDED for a project that someone purchased from me. Now I am without my white HTV. I have already sent an email to the customer service email that is given.
