I ordered this after seeing a review on a blogger's site. I received the solvent over the weekend and (unfortunately) had the opportunity to try it out today....OMG! Took a 7X5 piece of vinyl RIGHT off! I'm thrilled with my purchase!

Saw the ad on Walmart.com. Listed as 72 assorted colors. I ordered it at $0.99. Ad never gave option for colors or explicitly said that it was for a single sheet. I ordered 10 of these under the impression that I would be receiving 720 sheets. I thought, WOW, awesome deal. After the product shipped, I reviewed the shipping, and found that my order was for 10 “blood red” sheets. When I responded to customer service, they had said that the order was already shipped, and I would have to refuse the delivery to get out of return shipping as I no longer wanted to do business because of the deceptive ordering. It shipped USPS and I was at work so I pretty much didn’t have the option to refuse the delivery. I even sent screenshots of the ad to them for review. I never heard from customer service again. I expected the company to offer some sort of refund or at the minimum ship something more than what I got. For this ad deception and poor customer service, I will not do business with this company again, nor will I recommend this company to anyone else.

I used to order from another company...but their customer service was terrible. So I switched. Best move ever! The Oramask is perfect for my stencil needs and I’ll be ordering again soon!

I love the selection Swing Design offers. It’s nearly the only vendor that carries the Siser Ultralite vinyl. A couple of drawbacks: 1) shipping takes longer than expected; I’ve waited over a week for an order on several occasions; 2) lack of workable wholesale pricing option. We are building a business - arguably the most important time to shop deals as every dollar counts right now - and there is no discount for wholesale supplies that I’m aware of.
