Love my Cameo 4! However, it took longer than expected to arrive, but that was due to COVID-19.

Took a long while to ship, I expected a long time because of the virus but when checking on it the tracking number never updated. After checking in a week later that the tracking number first updated, it still hadnt updated. I emailed about it and the next day the order showed up.

Hi Brenan, sorry for any tracking issues. USPS is overloaded right now and are not scanning a lot of packages while in transit.

I am new to sublimation and vinyl design. The prices of these designs are very affordable and easy to download. Customer support has been amazing! By far my favorite place to shop!

I purchased the business upgrade for my Silhouette machine. It came with other perks and a great price on the upgrade! Wonderful experience. I also notice that this company has really good prices on equipment and bundles. I will be purchasing again soon! Thank you.

I did not receive my correct order. I ordered 3 auto blades and received 1 auto blade and 2 rotary blades. I have contacted customer service through email and have not heard anything from them on how this will be fixed. Ordered on the April 24th, shipped on May 12th, received on the May19th

Hi April, sorry about sending the 2 rotary blades. I checked with the team and looks like they sent out the 2 autoblades. Please keep the 2 rotary blades as an apology. Best, Will - owner
