It took a little bit of time for it to ship, but it was worth the wait for the great prices. :) Thanks!

I ordered 4/18 and it’s now 5/9 and I still do not have my order. I do have tracking but it’s waiting to be accepted. I understand that they’re backed up but I have everything I’ve ordered from other vinyl places and I’ve had no issues except here.
I hope I end up loving the vinyl because I don’t know if I’ll order from Swing again. Don’t have my order. Communication is lacking. There is a lot to be desired here.

Hi Laurie, sorry for the delay. Due to what is going on we are taking precautions for our suppliers, our warehouse, and delivery drivers so some things can take longer to process. Best, Will - owner

I ordered a cover and some auto blades for my silhouette portrait and then I ordered the instant studio upgrade. Everything but the blades were on sale but the price was still unbeatable The instant upgrade was simple to do myself and I was able to start using the business edition within minutes. The cover and blades arrived fairly quick, even with the lockdown of many business I was still impressed.

Browsing the site is easy, especially if you know the brand, and purchase process was easy too. I found the best deal on the Cameo 4 through Swing Design, as well as great sales on products!

I have used multiple websites to order vinyl but I had never used this company before. I saw that this company had specific printable vinyl and permanent vinyl products that I needed so I made a huge order. However, when my order was delivered there were several missing items. The main items were the ones I really needed and solely the reason I made the order. I emailed the company and sent pictures of my invoice but the company hasn't responded to any of my emails. I just want the remaining products which were quite expensive or a refund. I will continue to order from the reportable sites that I am used to that has excellent communication and customer service. I'm truly disappointed.
Revised review: the company has rectified my situation and is sending me the remaining items. They also sent me a 25% discount code for a future order as a kind gesture. I am pleased with the company's response and willingness to make the customer happy.
