The shipping was great, the product I received was great. The only reason this is getting a 4 star review is the fact that I received a promotional email with a coupon code that apparently was expired when I tried to use it. That tarnished my shopping experience with Swing Design, and have reached out for an explanation.

Hi Nicholas, I spoke with our owner and he was able to get you a coupon for the blade packs. Let us know if you need anything else.

I hadn’t heard of Swing Design before, so I was a little leery, as I normally am when ordering from a site I haven’t ordered from. But I’m so glad I found Swing Design and ordered!! The deal I got on my Cricut Explore Air 2 bundle was awesome, and much better than a lot of bundles I’ve seen. Right up front, I was informed that because of COVID-19, shipping would be longer than usual because of limited staffing, which I understood. However, it shipped quickly and I had it in less than a week! I am extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase and would definitely order again! I would also recommend Swing Design to anyone looking for Cricut (or other cutter machines). Thank you for the great service!!
