I bought this for my daughter and son-in-law. They are enjoying it so much and they are inspired to learn all they can about the software and potential in their machine. They ordered additional materials to expand their adventure and creativity. I asked specifically about user friendliness and safety. My daughter said it is like using a printer and said it is very safe for adult use.

Customer service is awesome and informative about what and when products would be available. I was able to cancel my order to get a bundle deal with no hassle. Was refunded promptly and my order was her in a timely manner. Thanks so happy.

I ordered for my Daughter who has an online Custom cup website. In this day and time I know things are out of whack. The order took almost 2 weeks to arrive. However I will continue to use this company because the product is most excellent !!

I purchased a roll of vynil and paid for 2 day shipping. 9 days later and numerous emails it showed up. I did get reimbursed for the shipping, but I lost the customer due to the job was on a tight schedule.

I felt I found a great deal on this website! Great Bundle and all. I got everything delivered without a long wait. However I’m very disappointed with the packaging. The material was all bent, the vinyl, the transfer tape and the mats.
