I spent 2 hours comparing Cameo 4 packages and putting $500 worth of stuff in my cart, only to find out that you aren't shipping to Hawaii. If that had been on the first page, I wouldn't have wasted my time. I understand, but feel that you should have had that right up front. I went ahead and purchased the software I wanted, since it could be delivered electronically and that went smoothly. Obviously I forgive easily.

I ordered 25 heat transfer sheets of various colors for a specific order I was working on. I received all adhesive vinyl sheets. When I contacted the company I was basically told I was out of luck unless I wanted to pay to ship my order back and reorder the correct product. I am going to miss a deadline due to this and have to pay additional money to receive the correct item that should have been sent to me to begin with. Not a happy customer and will not shop with this company ever again!

Hi Sarah, I took a look at the order. The order was Oracal 631 vinyl Build a Bundle. I do not see any orders for Heat Transfer Material. If you ordered under a different email please contact us at support@swingdesign.com and we can help resolve this for you.
