At luck would have it, my Silhouette Cameo 3 broke down (it was never a very good machine) just as we had to stay at home. I use my cutting machine for both work as a children's librarian and at home as an artist. Swing Design got a new Silhouette Cameo 4 out to me as quickly as possible just as a national shipping/warehouse crisis hit and I really appreciate it. I didn't want to spend this amount of money now, but I had to and I'm appreciate Swing Design did such a great job.

Just started to use it. Never got my $25.00 email for the store. But over all great product.

1st time ordering from swing design. 5 ++ stars from me. Everything came on time, as ordered. Git some freebies from them. One if the freebies wasnt what i ordered. I just wanted to let them know. Not expecting anything they corrected it. Let me keep what was sent by mistake and repkaced it with the right item within days. I recommended this site in all my cricut groups and still do. YOU GUYS ROCK !!

I wish I had understood a little more about what I was getting. I could have used one of the other options a bit better. I love my silhouette. I just could have used the tools more than books to learn the machine. Thank you very much for such prompt service.
