My first purchase from Swing Design was my Cameo 4 bundle that came with a teal heat press from Starcraft. Everything went smoothly, when I opened my packages the Cameo 4 was good with no issues but, when I removed the heat press from the box it appeared to have been dropped somewhere along the line. On the top/back it was pushed down and was missing a screw. I emailed Swing Design and the next day they had a shipment out to me with a new heat press from Starcraft. Even during this time of Public Emergency with the Covid 19. It’s came in perfect and I love BOTH them so much. I updated my basic edition software to business edition the next day because it was 50% off. Overall I am greatly satisfied with my products and the store! I would recommend to any of my friends and family.

Excellent customer service and fast shipping. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same machine and they took care of it immediately. I thought the Silhouette wouldn't arrive for about 1-2 weeks. It was on my doorstep in 3 days. Can't say enough good about my experience.

I ordered the Cricut Maker deluxe package. Great package deal except I wish I had gotten a package of iron on vinyl instead of two package of removable vinyl. Other than that, it came with everything needed to get started. I also liked that you could use Affirm and make three installments instead of having to pay it all at one time. Enjoying my Cricut Maker. I did my research and Swing Design had the best price for the package.
