Would give 5 stars, but I didn’t receive one sheet of vinyl and still haven’t heard from cs in two weeks

I don't know that it is a good time to fill this out because I just got the Cameo 4 and can't get it to work properly. I submitted a request for help already and my opinion will depend on how that goes and to see if I just dumped a whole bunch of money into a lemon. I will gladly re-write this once I get some sort of response. I am not sure if it is a Swing Design or a Silhouette issue at this point. I can say the ordering process was easy and fast and the shipping was great because I got it early! So I think both those would get 5 stars but if it doesn't work then those two things won't matter... Will edit with updates once I get one.

The software should come with a disclaimer it will take a while to go through. I was afraid I did something wrong. It should also be made clear that it is going from basic edition to business. I thought I purchased the wrong thing. It all went through. Works great.

I would have given you more stars but half of the silhouette metallic pens I ordered were dried out. I received prompt response to my email and received another pack in just a few days as replacement but unfortunately the same shades were dried out in that pack also.
I will still do business with swing design but not order Silhouette pens:)
