I did not receive everything I ordered with no explanation as to where or when the other items would come. I addressed it and some more came. With still one item not received. Addressed again and was informed it was back ordered. Why can’t this infor be given when the first package arrives so I don’t have to follow up. Thought pricing was good

While I love my new cameo 4 I ordered a package that included HTV and it was not in the box when I received it.

Easy and quick delivery. Only issue is that they are out of stock on some inventory I was looking for.

Customer service is great. They have answered my questions within a day. When my order came it was not complete but when I contacted them, I was assured it was only because the item was sold out and would be sent as soon as it is available.

I have a Cameo 4 the download card that I received was basically for the cameo 3 which was not explained on the site it showed a picture of a cameo for book is what I had bought I ordered one got to what's charged for two but did call and they said send one back the book that I received was very lengthy and basically it's hard to understand because the three in the poor seem to be quite a bit different I'm not sure I would buy a cameo again because it almost takes a mastermind to run it

I can’t believe how quickly I got my heating press in! I received the 8 in 1 it was a little heavy so my husband carried it up the stairs! But it’s absolutely beautiful I love the teal color and it’s perfect size the 15x15. Glad I didn’t go any bigger! I have used 1 time already for a shirt order and loved the way it came out 😍 definitely not disappointed with my order! Thank you so much 🤘🏻
