I placed an order with you on Monday, December 23rd, and realizing it is a holiday week, expected a slight delay, but now over a week from the date of order being placed. I still have not received my order as of today, Monday December 30th.

Received a non working Cameo. Not happy that I have to pay return shipping and get dinged for 1/4 of the cost.! Swing Design has lost a customer.

One of the items on my order was not in the box. I sent a quick email and the customer service agent found one in the warehouse and had it shipped out immediately and sent me the tracking number! I've already shopped again since then!
