The customer service guy I talked to was rude. He was holding conversations with me and his workers. Not a professional company and there should be more places consumers can buy cutting machines and supplies because I do not reccomend Swing!

Several shipments now and I have everything I ordered from Swing Design save the back ordered pen holders. Customer service was very good about getting back to my inquiries in a timely manner. Everything I ordered came in good condition. I am quite happy with the Silhouette Cameo 4, even though it is a bit louder than I expected..

Shipping took way too long. I placed my order on 11/29 and didn’t receive my package until 12/11. I needed green glitter htv for a project for work, which was a part of this order. I had to place an order for some elsewhere because of how long it took to receive my package.

Hi Kelly, I apologize for the delayed delivery time. We had an influx of orders over the holiday weekend and it took a few days extra to ship. We recently opened another location in KY which should reduce any shipping to about 2 days. Again I am sorry for the delay. Best, Will - Owner

When I called to report an issue with my most recent order the problem was solved and replacements for my damaged/incorrect item were set for shipment.

I only bought a subscription - the online store feels a bit overwhelming due to all the things available but I think you can find just about anything that you want. I would definitely shop with you again!

I haven’t seen it yet. I’m still in Canada and it was delivered to a friends place for me. Will get to play with it in January!

shopping was easy, but the time it takes to ship takes way to long. Ordered 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it
