The overall experience with Swing Design was good as far as the products and prices offered. The main issues I experienced range from the amount of items that are sold out, sales department is crippled by the hierarchy placed on the staff from my experience when one of a couple people aren't available other sales staff cannot help the customer especially on getting invoices created on large orders and or business orders and the one issue that really bothered me is that if an invoice is created is there not a way for that to be saved so that when a order is placed the customer does not have to go back and recreate the complete order in the cart. The staff to be honest was very easy to deal with and very courteous at all times and the eagerness to help was always the one thing that kept me wanting to deal with this company. Overall I was very pleased considering no system is perfect however, they can be improved on.

Hi Michael, I appreciate the feedback on this. We are working to grow our team which focuses on larger, commercial level orders. I will make sure to review your feedback with them. I am also sending you a GC via email as an apology. Good for anything. Best, Will - Owner

I’m not sure if it’s because the holidays or what- but I was actually not totally impressed with my experience with Swing design. I’ve heard great things and I know they are a reputable company, but I purchased a cameo 4, heat press, and vinyl bundle on Black Friday. I wasn’t emailed a confirmation of shipment until I reached out over a week and a half later. Then only part of my order was shipped (which I knew it would ship separate) but another 4 days went by and I reached out again because still no tracking update for the second item. Then was informed it was quantity issues. Finally I got my items- opened them and none of the vinyl was included. Reached back out again 2 times and finally was sent the vinyl. I hope in the future when doing business I’ll have a better experience.

The purchase of Silhouette Studio Business Edition was quick and easy, and the upgrade code uploaded immediately into the free edition I had on my laptop.
