Hi Irving, looks like you order a heat press bundle. The htv ships separate than the press and might arrive a day or 2 later. I did track both packaged and they are showing delivered. IF anything is missing please email us at support@swingdesign.com and we will get it resolved ASAP. Best, Will - Owner

I would have given a higher rating, however, I am missing books that were in the bundle I ordered and have had zero updates as to when they would be to me. I understand that some items would be shipped separately, however, I have never been notified of their shipping or a ything.

Hi Shalon, the bundle includes both 7 eguides and 3 physical guides. Access to the eguides is on a card within the bundle. If you are missing the 3 physical books please email us at support@swingdesign.com and we can get those out asap. Best, Will

Slow shipping vinyl was cut wrapped and labeled with marker, don't know how well it will work yet, but I am a little concerned.
