Just received my vinyl and very happy. Everything is just as described. The patterned vinyl looks and feels like great quality. The pattern is not pixelated or blurry at all. I can’t wait to start crafting with it all.

The shipping was a bit strange. The tracking information I received said it was in pre-shipment for a week. Then one day, my order just showed up.

Response from Swing Design
Nov 22, 2019
Hi Jacquelyn, I apologize if someone has not reached out yet. Please make sure you have support@swingdesign.com marked as non-spam. The support team is responding same say for the majority of support questions. I checked on your order and you ordered the digital code which was sent via email. This software is not offered with a CD, Silhouette only offers either a digital code or physical key card. The reason why we are able to offer the software around 50% less than any others is due to the item being a digital code. Best, Will - Owner
