I have not received all of my order but the service when ordering was great very helpful in picking out what i needed. the only thing wrong is the e-mail info. if you order mutable things and they don't ship together or if one is back ordered like mine or delayed you only get the ONE e-mail, so you never know where or when the other things are coming so you have to call to find out where it is and when to expect it. you don't get an updated tracking number or e-mail for the back order parts being sent to you. if they could fix / update there order info i would give them 5 stars

Only part of my order was shipped and it's been over a month since my order and online it says my order was fulfilled. No one has responded to my email.

Hi Dixie, the new Cameo 4 blades have not yet been released but we will be the first to ship. We are expecting some of the blades to arrive this week. Sorry for the delay with the launch.

When I first began ordering from Swing Design I was thrilled to receive the "gift card" to So Fontsy with each order. I was able to use that to get more designs to then create. It's disappointing that it is no longer included with each order.
