The order was later than promised and then was less than half complete. This despite the fact that when it was shipped I got a detailed itemized email saying that everything was included in the shipment. They are apparently using very limited and out-of-date software to manage orders and make no real effort to tell customers the real staus if their orders.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this company. I understand things happen and feel I have give opportunities to correct the issue but unfortunately it just didn’t work out. I had high hopes for the company hopefully service will improve down the line

Product arrived as ordered. I would give a 5 star but standard turn around is just too long if needed quickly

I love my new Cameo 4 and can't wait to put it to use making Christmas cards and gifts. I've tried it out and so far so good. It was a pre-order and I appreciated Swing Design keeping me informed of when I could expect it and it showing up when they said it would. They also responded quickly when I had a question about set-up.
