I am always excited to receive my products from swing design. Everything arrives on time and is extremely neat. I only wish the vinyl came labeled with color.

I have ordered multiple times from Swing, however I’m still trying to resolve an issue with my order from the end of September. Their associates have been friendly, but I’m getting frustrated with the follow-up necessary to get it right. Fingers crossed this isn’t an ongoing occurrence.

Everything was great up until it was determined that I have a faulty machine and was told you can’t replace it because it was opened and I had to go back to the manufacturer.
I had the unit less than a week and to be told you won’t replace it because it was opened (you can’t establish if a unit is faulty unless you open it) was very poor customer service. So I’m a little disappointed.
