I still can not make the code you sent work. It tells me that the code is invalid. I have check and recheck the numbers and letters to be sure their right. I have emailed Silhouette but have not heard back. I will wait to rate your company until I am able to upgrade my software. 5 stars isn't looking to good, more like REFUND.

Hi James, please make sure the code is being entered into the software and not the online account. All of our codes are guaranteed to be valid codes and are supplied directly from Silhouette.

I am not happy with my purchase. The mat and the sheet of htv has creases in them. The mat is never going to lay flat again. I think you should have at least but some heavy cardboard on each side.
Update: I asked Swing Design to replace the mat that was damaged and that I thought I could work around the vinyl that was damaged. They replaced my entire order in a better package with no damage this time and they replaced it in a timely manner. Thanks Swing Design. I will order from you again.

After placing my order for a software upgrade to Business Edition, I did not receive a confirmation email or the second email containing the code. I waited several days before contacting customer service. The next day I received two emails, one that appears to be the second email sent out with the key and a reply to my email from Jeffrey J with the code included. I have upgraded and have been familiarizing myself with the new features. Thank you Jeffrey!

I have made 2 orders with swing design so far. Unfortunately both orders had problems- the first one was missing products and the second one gave me the wrong products. Swing design has fixed both issues for me which makes me happy. I will order again in the future.
