When I decided to upgrade my Silhouette Studio from Designer Edition to Business Edition, I went with Swing Design because they had the cheapest price and the BE download appeared, via email, right after purchasing, as promised! Quick and easy!

I have never done anything like this before. when you open the box, it's a little intimidating. The online class was a tremendous help. I can do basics now. I LOVE it! Thank you very much!!

I am very excited about my new machine! However, after several projects and troubleshooting with everyone silhouette pro I know it seems that there is either a bug in the software or my bundle came with a malfunctioning blade as it cuts all the way through every backing even with all the settings at a 1. My mat has been destroyed after just a week and I have trashed a good bit of material :( If I can get a working blade I am hoping the excitement for my machine will return!!

This vinyl looks so cool! I love the way the light shines on it and that it's a permanent adhesive. Will be purchasing more soon.

Everything was delivered and it was such a good package deal.
The only thing - I would suggest putting more padding for packaging on the unprotected long sides of the machine for shipping. UPS delivered my machine with a HUGE puncture on the box and went through into the machine box. Luckily it's okay.

I love my machine and its capabilities, but there needs to be more defined instructions included for your first vinyl cuts.
