Shopping experience good. Haven't had to speak with customer service delivery good. Still trying to work with the actual product. Having difficulty with the vinyl. It doesn't peel at ease as it should. Thanks

This was an awesome deal and super fast shipping. I ended up with approximately 300 12x12 sheets of 651 vinyl. I am ordering again soon!!!

When I received my package I was so excited. I love the fact that a video was in included for beginners to get some instructions on how to use the program and Cameo. I can say I absolutely love if and also the fact that when purchased, customers are given store credit to the Silhouette store.
One downfall: when some of the designs are purchased from the store they were not retrievable. Luckily I was given the free credit to purchase it.

I ordered 2 items. One was a download and the other had to be shipped to me. I received the digital download the same evening that I ordered and was able to access it upon receipt. The other item arrived in just a few days. I'm very satisfied with the quality of their products and the great service!

First ever scrap box I have purchased and I was very happy. The majority of the vinyl was 12 x 12. The smallest was app 9 x 12 and the variety was amazing. Will definitely purchase again.

Stencil film works great. I really like that you can see through it for layering stencil work. The bonus Holiday designs are nice. I can't wait to use them.

Overall I am very happy with the quality of the products I have received and I will continue to order them... but it takes a week to get the products once I order and I like to get things a little faster than that.

Hi Brittany, thank you for the feedback. We are currently working to open an east coast location which will greatly reduce transit time.
