I was very happy with my purchase of Oramask 811. I love using it to do my wood signs. It was shipped quickly and at a great price.

I purchased a used machine by accident as I didn't think they sold used items and am told it's not returnable so I'm stuck with a potential problem. Customer service was great but company policy is not. Check your order carefully before submitting it. Will not buy from this company again.

Takes about a week to get . My last order was short some vinyl but they were quick to send out the missing vinyl but I lost orders since it wasn't in the shipment it was suppose to be in.
