The shipping on this order took a long time compared to my last order. It took a week to get it shipped to me. It went from CA to MA to WA (where I live). Great product & I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Hi, we are very sorry about that. For some reason USPS's sorting facility will, on occasion, ship to the return address. Sorry about the delay.

We just received our first order and we were beyond pleased! The packaging was simple and we received everything we ordered. The stencil vinyl wasn’t labeled too clearly but we figured it out. We will be ordering again! Thank you!

First time ordering from this company and couldn't be happier; the color was perfect and the quality sand price were second to none; not to mention the shipping speed. I ordered on a Friday and received on Monday. I will definitely be placing more orders.

The colors in the online photo of the 12 top transparent vinyl colors are not the same as what I received. I seem to be missing the light blue and the light green; in their places is a teal and an additional dark green. The dark green is different from the other dark green. The teal and the dark green are seen in your larger package photo, but not in the 12 top colors photo. I would prefer to have received what I thought that I ordered, which would include the light blue and the light green. I ordered and received two of the 12 top colors packages. Both are identical.

Great prices but for some items shipping is slow to get to the East Coast. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for some shipping times.

Very informative, one suggestion. After watching the video I still couldn't get my machine to cut because of the error message I was receiving regarding registration marks. May Zi suggest you address the setting, making it easier for newbies. Thank you!
