Fast shipping and so far seems to be a good product!

Very pleased with the company. My order arrived promptly and the colors were all bright and vibrant.

Great price

Just received my order of translucent vinyl and the colors are so pretty. I am very pleased with this order, as always. Love that you sell all color packs, this way I have a solid base to work from and can purchase singular colors as needed in the future based on popularity. Will definitely purchase from you again.

Exactly what I was looking for. Downloaded in minutes and quickly up and running.

I love the variety, selection and customer service! I recommend swing design to ALL my crafty friends!

The Oracle 651 Matte Black vinyl I ordered was great. As with every product I have ever received from Swing Design, it is a high quality product. The turnaround time from Swing Design is always my favorite part of ordering from them. I get immediate acknowledgement of my order, great communication throughout the shipping process with updates and expectations and speedy delivery! LOVE SWING DESIGN!

I love my recent vinyl purchase. It is exactly what I was expecting. The color was perfect. And as always, I have the best results from the Oracle 651.

This was my first buying experience from swing design, I had quick shipping was updated with shipping information and delivery. Products are great to use the stencil oracular 811 and I love the free designs that we're instantly emailed to me! I would definately be buying again.

It's pretty, but the glitter isn't very vibrant and it's also smaller pieces, so it's (too) subtle.

Loving it!

I havne't tried anything yet. I am sure, though, that if it is as informative as the others I will be very satisfied.

Great company, they deliver quickly and a great product. Will be ordering again soon!

Use this product for applying stickers on guns/cerakote. Works great!

Still having some issues with the upgrade but will keep on keeping on to get up to speed.

Pretty sure you can call up my previous emails about my last order.
You have a fantastic line up of ideas, supplies and stuff I need...
My problem is my 2 lb order took 9 days to get to me including, four days sitting in the UPS distribution center 30 minutes from my shop. My shop is a three day shop located in a weekend only, antique mall in Kingsport , Tn.
When I order online on a Sunday evening based on customers requests, and the order can't make it to me in time for the following weekend. I have to start making excuses to my customers as to why they have to wait another week. to get their order. Many times you get one chance to earn a customers business. They don't want excuses. I either get it done or they find another supplier. My order, sitting on shelf, caused me to special order through Amazon Prime one part of the order. Two day free shipping. The holographic vinyl was a must have. So I left Kingsport and drove to Midsouth Sewing and Fabric ( They carry decal and hot vinyl, ) on Kingston Pike in Knoxville 90 miles away. a 200 mile round trip and five hours. All the while knowing what I needed was just 25 minutes away from my shop at the UPS Center in Bristol. ( Tri Cities, Bristol, Kingsport and Johnson City.)
My customer got the two sample shirts they needed this past Saturday. I got my order from you this past Tuesday. Someone needs to just take a small order to the Post Office. I would have paid the $4.95 PO shipping to get it same week, and not spend 200 miles on road and the tank of gas.
Free Shipping that takes 9 days doesn't work.
Not mad. Disappointed.
