I am a new silhouette owner and have found the tutorial videos very helpful! I ordered my machine from Amazon and was to have a coupon code in an email for the silhouette store. I, unfortunately, accidentally deleted the email and it is gone from my trash. Would it be possible to get another? I am so disappointed! Thanks!

I bought an upgrade and bought the wrong one, sent an email and did not receive any email back. I already had a Designer edition and bought the upgate from Silhouette studio to DE+. did not get a response and did not know what to do, so I just installed it.Nou I paid more for the upgrate than nessesery.
