I was very impressed with the entire ordering process with this company. They kept me up to date with shipping information, it came very quickly, was in great condition and was exactly what I expected. I love this vinyl for making wooden signs because it does not stick to the chalk paint and leave a sticky residue like some other vinyl. It did pull up a VERY small amount of paint, but that is very easy to deal with, with a little touch up. There was VERY little bleeding with the lettering which is also an easy fix with a bit of paint and paintbrush. The price was great - I will order again when I get through the 150 ft. that I purchased.

Received my Silhouette Studio Basic Edition and downloaded it. LOVE it! I am having such a great time playing with this. Other than the fact I am supposed to be able to use it on more than 1 computer (up to 5) and it downloaded on my laptop just fine, but tried many times to put it on my desktop and it will not work. I use both my computers for my Silhouette and just wish it would work on both. I love having this software though, and was able to instantly download. Also I upgraded through them to the Designer edition. Have bought many items from Swing Design now and I like how they do business.

I ordered this gold vinyl, and when I received it, it seemed a little more rose gold than actual gold.

Extra features make this worth purchasing - if you don't have it already and have been on the fence about it, get it you'll be glad you did.

This class has been so helpful. I am definitely not the most tech savvy and I was able to set up the cameo 3 and do my first practice cuts. Melissa does a great job explaining things! Thank you!
