I heard about this company from a silhoutte cutter blogger and decided to purchase my upgrade from them. It went seamlessly. Quick and easy to download my upgrade. Thanks for the great service.

great product

nice vinyl

Good product. Fast delivery.

As a first time user, the information and the details in the video were great except that it was a bit much at first. I watched the whole video from beginning to end, paused a couple of times to see what she was talking about, and felt like I got it! But then, the next time I went to attempt to use the machine (because I was still intimidated and couldn't create anything after watching the video the first time; Heck, it took me at least 3.5wks to just get it OUT of the box), I couldn't remember what Melissa said! Not only that, when I started to play around in the program, there were/are a LOT of things that I don't know how to do, or what a lot of the stuff in the program means, or what I should be selecting/clicking on, etc. The Beginner video didn't cover any of that and the HELP option didn't answer any of my questions. This really is a confusing and intimidating product so I can see why some have given up. I feel like there needs to be more in-depth "How-To" videos and what each icon/settings buttons do. (And please don't put it all into one lengthy video where we're going to forget it and have to watch the long video all over again.)

Melissa, however, was great! The video and sound were clear, she didn't rush through what she was talking about, and I liked the different camera views to display what she was teaching.

Loved the specials and the availability of all kinds of products.

good

Great prices, fast shipping, and quality vinyl!

The book is a great resource especially when your new to the Cameo. The only drawback I see is the cost of the ebook. Expensive for an ebook.

Great upgrade for a great price!

Would order again
