I finally found a place to buy vinyl that's less expensive than the store that I've been going too! Also, I don't have to drive an hour round trip to pick it up!! So far the vinyl has been great for my projects so I will be ordering again!! Thanks, Vanessa

Received the product, but can't get the firmware update to download. Contacted Silhouette but they haven't got back with me. If you could help me that would be great.

I purchased the Designer Edition from your site a couple months ago and decided I could use the Business Edition so I purchased the upgrade last week however your site was not clear on how to purchase the upgrade from Designer to Business and I ended up purchasing the full upgrade from Basic to Business which was twice the price and there was no recourse on your site to get a discount or even a credit, that is not good PR in my humble opinion, not even a % of my next order. Got a bad taste in my mouth now...

My order arrived relatively quickly and was carefully packaged however there are several colored lines running through the display screen; it makes me worry about how long the screen will last before it gets worse.

I ordered stencil vinyl and this was my first time in working with Swing Design. I have to say that I'm very impressed. I was given an almost 2 to 3 week delivery time (through walmart's website) and was pleasantly surprised to recieve my product by the end of the week! The company does a good job of letting you know where your product is as well because who else stalks their ups driver/mailman when they're expecting a package? You don't have to with this company, they let you know at every leg of the delivery process exactly where your product is. Very happy customer!
