I love Siser HTV! It's my favorite - super easy to cut & weed. My order came exactly as I expected it & in a timely manner. I love that free shipping is offered if you spend over $35.

I am taking a class this weekend to learn the programs on my Silhouette. I was required to upgrade with you program and have been told it is the best upgrade.

I have barely used my Silhouette Cameo 3 but the software is not very user friendly. I thought that would get better when I bought the Designer Edition but unfortuately I cannot even tell a difference in what I see from the basic software. I am sorry I even bought the Silhouette Cameo 3 and the Software upgrade from you.

Price is great. Just wish shipping was faster. Tracking stated it was in San Diego which is an hour way from where I live but the next day it was on its way to Hawaii only to take another 4 days to come back. Even with the shipping nonsense, I would definitely be purchasing again. Great product and price.

The Design Studio upgraded fine - had an issue with the gift card and after sending an email was contacted to see if they could help. In the interim I tried again and it worked. Great, that they got back to me! YAY! Thumbs up!

Instruction was very clear and easily understood. I went through the video
then played & paused as I set up my Silhouette. I just wish it could be saved so I could reference back more easily in the future if needed.
